Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Payment errors resulting in overcharges or duplicate charges.
  • Failed transactions where the amount has been debited but the service/product has not been delivered.
  • Cases where the customer is dissatisfied with the quality of the service, subject to certain conditions mentioned below.
  • Please note that not all transactions may be eligible for a refund. Each case will be reviewed individually.

Refund Process:

  • To initiate a refund, customers must submit a refund request within 7 days from the transaction date.
  • Refund requests must be sent to our customer support team at info@inua.charity
  • The customer support team will review each request and respond within 2 business days with the status of the refund.

Conditions for Refunds:

  • Refunds will only be processed if the request meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
  • The customer must provide valid proof of payment and transaction details for the refund to be processed.
  • In cases of dissatisfaction with the quality of the service, the customer must provide a detailed explanation outlining the reasons for the request.
  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Certain services may not be eligible for refunds. These items include, but are not limited to, digital downloads, personalized services explicitly mentioned as non-refundable at the time of purchase.

Processing Time for Refunds:

  • Once the refund request is approved, please allow 7 business days for the refund to be processed.
  • The processing time may vary depending on the payment method and the customer’s bank processing time.
